Every video has a status: in the can, to redo, in review, shooting. You see at a glance what is current, with the date of the last regeneration.
An alert, then a proposed fix
When a flow no longer works, Democlap stops at the failing step, keeps the screenshot and proposes a fix for that step only. A summary is e-mailed after every shoot.
Approval, roles and audit
A new video stays in review until a team member approves it, and the old one stays online. Roles are distinct and sensitive actions are recorded.

Your demo credentials stay protected
Democlap signs in to your demo environment on your behalf. Here is what we do with your access.
Encrypted at rest
Username and password are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they are stored.
Never shown again
Once saved, they never come back to your browser. You can replace or erase them.
Actions logged
Credential changes, invitations and deletions are recorded in an audit log.

The database and the application are hosted in the European Union.
Pricing by number of videos
You pay for the videos we keep up to date and the languages, not for seats.
A video counts as one, however many languages it uses, within your plan's language limit.

Frequently asked questions
How is this different from a screen recorder or a tool that replays a script?
A recorder produces a video that goes stale at the next release. Other tools replay a script to remake a video. Democlap adds what makes it workable for a team: a library with statuses, an alert instead of a wrong publication, a proposed fix, approval before going live, roles and an audit log, a reviewed translation.
Do my tutorials stay current in my help center?
Yes. Each tutorial has a permanent link and embed code that always show the latest published video. If a new video is waiting for your approval, the old one stays online until then.
What do I need to get started?
A demo environment of your software reachable at a web address, and an account to sign in to it. You then describe the flow and Democlap writes the script.
Does AI invent my flows while recording?
No. AI only writes the script, which is validated and versioned. Recording replays that script exactly: the same script gives the same video.
What happens when a flow no longer works?
The shoot stops at the failing step, the video is not published, and you see the step at fault with a screenshot.
How much does AI drafting cost?
Each plan includes a monthly allowance. Beyond it, if you turned overage on, each draft is billed at the real token cost plus a margin. Until you turn it on, nothing extra is billed.
Where is my data hosted?
In the European Union. Your environment credentials are encrypted and never shown again.
